Swimming Gala Success

Last Thursday pupils from Year 4, 5 and 6 took part in the first round of the County Swimming Gala Competition.  Last year we competed against five teams at this stage - this year there were nine schools - and the competition was tough.

The whole team swam really well but as there were two heats, we had no idea how we had done overall. However, when the results were announced we had won!

Well done to everyone who took part and a particular thank you to our parents who both helped with transport and supported the races.

The County Finals will take place towards the end of May.
